New Prescription Enquiries Line
We have listened to patient feedback, and to help reduce overall call response times we are introducing a dedicated prescription enquiry line from Monday14th October 2024.
The new line will put patients in touch with a member of the prescription team who will be able to answer any specific enquiries relating to prescriptions.
Please note that this line is for enquiries only, and is NOT for ordering prescriptions.
Patients can access the service by selecting option 6, and other options will no longer be able to help with prescription enquiries.
The line will be open from Monday to Friday between 12 PM and 5:30 PM and will have a call back feature in place to avoid the need to wait in a queue.
We would encourage patients to continue submitting an online form to our team via the HMG website in the first instance to help keep the enquiry line available for those without online access.
