Patients on the waiting list for NHS care can now access support and check waiting times for outpatient appointments in their area thanks to an online platform called My Planned Care.
Herefordshire based patients will be able view up to date waiting times for both NHS Wye Valley Trust and Nuffield Health appointments.
The platform will allow patients and their carers to access information ahead of their planned appointment, operation or treatment through the touch of a button.
